clockwork turns, and everything burns

Just an easy trick I learned a few years ago that I thought I’d share. May not work 100% all the time, but works well for simple hand/arm placement.
I’m gonna start using this. Very, very nice. Quite helpful.
As much as I love to draw, I can’t help but feel like I’m not artistic in the least. Photography is as simple as learning aperture and lens settings, then aiming at something, measuring for the focal point, and pushing a button. Drawing is as simple as looking at something (be it in front of you, or in your mind’s eye), and trying your best to recreate it in some form.
I dunno. I just feel like KNOWING how to make art takes the art out of it. It’s logical, not creative. And that saddens me.
I dunno. Maybe I’m just having an off night.
